比賽章程和規則

 1.⁠ ⁠There are no restrictions on the nationality of participants.

所有參賽者國籍均不受限制。

 2.⁠ ⁠Applications should be submitted through online registration and the entry fee should be paid on the official website to finalize their enrollment.

比賽採線上報名方式，透過大會官方網站提交填寫報名資料，並完成繳交參賽費用，才算正式完成報名。

 3.⁠ ⁠Participants submitting a video must adhere to the video specifications and submit the video before the deadline. Please read the video rules for more details.

視頻參賽者須遵守視頻拍攝規格，申請人必須在限期前準確遞影片，才正式完成參賽賽事。否則將被取消資格。詳情細讀影片規則。

 4.⁠ ⁠Participants must complete registration with accuracy and honesty. If false information is found, the participant will be disqualified. All participants who are disqualified will only receive comments and are not eligible for an award.

請嚴格遵照本比賽章程要求，完整、準確、真實的填寫報名表上的各個資訊內容，一旦提交報名表格後，即代表同意本比賽的所有章程，如發現有虛假資料，將被取消參賽資格。

 5.⁠ ⁠Applicants are responsible for checking all registration details. If the application is submitted incorrectly, the applicant must change the application before the competition or before the video deadline and pay an administrative fee of HKD 90. Any violation will result in contestants being disqualified.

申請人有責任核對所有參賽資料，若錯誤報告項目或有誤，需在比賽前或影片截止前提出並需繳交90元行政費更改項目。如有違規， 參賽者將被取消資格。

 6.⁠ ⁠Age Group category is counted from January 1st to December 31st. After completion of the registration, any changes of the categories will incur an additional fee of HKD 90* per item. Any violation will result in contestants being disqualified.

凡參加年齡組的報名者，年齡計算以每年一月一日到十二月三十一日止。 完成報名手續後，若需更改報組需加收HKD90* （以每項算），若於比賽時發現違規，參賽者將取消資格。

 7.⁠ ⁠GIMA adheres to the international copyright laws and regulations. When using sheet music during competitions, it is mandatory to use printed or electronic sheet music that complies with copyright qualifications. This does not apply to performances by those who play from memory. Any violation will result in contestants being disqualified.

GIMA遵守國際慣用的版權法守則，凡比賽時使用樂譜，必須使用符合版權法資格的印刷樂譜或電子樂譜。如有背譜者演出，則不在此限。若在比賽時發現違規，參賽者將被取消資格。

 8.⁠ ⁠The judging panel shall evaluate performances based on criteria including technical proficiency, musicality, expressiveness, and overall impression. GIMA reserves the ultimate discretion in making final decisions.

評審會根據技術、音樂性、表現力和整體印象等標準進行評分。最終決定權歸GIMA所有。

 9.⁠ ⁠There will be no refund policy under any circumstances.

在任何情況下，已繳交的報名費或所有相關費用將不予退還、轉讓他人、 延期使用 或轉作其他用途。

10.⁠ ⁠GIMA has the right to conduct photography, videography and other related marketing and commercial activities during the competition. The copyright of all audio and video products belongs to the competition organizing committee and will be used for media.

GIMA 有權在比賽期間進行攝影、攝影以及其他相關市場商業活動，所有音像製品的版權歸比賽組委會所有並接受將在任何媒體使用 。

11.⁠ ⁠In case of unforeseen issues such as weather conditions, the organizing committee has the right to change the competition time and will notify participants as soon as possible.

如遇惡劣天氣、不可抗拒因素或特殊原因，委員會有權更改比賽時間， 並定當盡快另行通知。

12.⁠ ⁠Participants are not allowed to change the performing order of the competition. If done so, they will only be eligible for feedback and not awards. Audience who disrupt the competition will be asked to leave immediately.

現場參賽者不得擾亂比賽秩序,否則只有評論和評級而不參與獲獎。而擾亂秩序的公眾將需立即離開。

1. GIMA adheres to the international copyright laws and regulations. When using sheet music during competitions, it is mandatory to use printed or electronic sheet music that complies with copyright qualifications. This does not apply to performances by those who play from memory.

GIMA遵守國際慣用的版權法守則，凡比賽時使用樂譜，必須使用符合版權法資格的印刷樂譜或電子樂譜。如有背譜者演出，則不在此限。若在比賽時發現違規，參賽者將被取消資格。

 
2. It is recommended to upload a 720p video.

建議使用720p像素或以上進行拍攝

3. Video should be upload to YouTube, Viemo, BiliBili, Youku or other trusted platforms, and submitted as a link for review. Uploading after the deadline will result in disqualification.

完成拍攝後需上傳至YOUTUBE 或VIEMO 或BILIBILI 或Youku或其他可信賴的媒體後, 把連結交到大會評審。逾時將被取消資格。

4. The video must be recorded continuously without editing (one shot to the end). Other instrument subjects also need to maintain a good playing distance for sound balance.

錄影必須連貫（亦稱一鏡到底），不接受任何後製剪接或音效改動。聲樂比賽不接受夾咪(clip mic) 。

5. Participant’s body and fingers must be shown in the video. It is recommended that at least half of the accompanist is seen. For piano contestants, the use of pedals must be shown, and for other instruments, fingers must be visible. Keep a good distance between the musical instrument and the video recording device.

必須拍攝到表演者的身體和手指，伴奏者建議最少為半身。 鋼琴比賽必須能拍攝到脚踏踏板的使用，其他樂器需見手指。 樂器和收音保持良好的距離拍攝。

參賽者可自行决定錄製視頻為橫屏或者豎屏，但需確保整段影片須清楚顯示參賽者的樣貌、整件樂器及動作。 如為鋼琴組別，鏡頭須清晰拍攝參賽者的面部（側面也可接受）、雙手、完整的鍵盤以及踏板。 伴奏者建議最少為半身。 樂器和收音需保持良好的距離拍攝。 聲樂組別，須以正面拍攝參賽者全身。

6. Once uploaded, all videos cannot be changed.

所有影片一經上傳，如需更改可重新上傳。以最終上傳的檔案為依歸。

 7. Video files should be reviewed before submission to ensure that the audio and video are in compliance with the standards and quality.
提交相關錄影檔案前應先檢查一次，確保聲音和影像均合標準和品質後才展開上傳程序。

Video Competition Recording:

視頻比賽拍攝程序：

1. Participant must display identification document (such as student testimonial with photo/handbook/passport/ID card, etc.) in front of the camera. Accompanists are not required to show identification.

開始演奏前需在鏡頭前出示參賽者的身份證明文件(如有照片的學生試/手冊/護照/身份証等等) 。伴奏不需要出示

2. Clearly state the participant’s name out loud or shown name clearly to the camera.

讀出或用文字顯示出參賽者的名。

3. If music scores are used, show the cover of the original score / a copy of the music score(s) to the camera for at least 2 seconds. If there is no cover, please show the first page of the competition piece.

參賽者/伴奏者如使用樂譜，必須於演奏前出示正版樂譜的封面或已授權使用的樂譜，時間不少於兩秒，如沒有封面，請展示參賽曲目的第一頁。

4. Bow and then begin the performance.
